The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with clean rooms and reliable wifi. The location is perfect, close to the city center but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly nice and always went out of their way to help us.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options available.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere of Pansion Anna Maria. The decor had a lovely traditional touch, with beautiful local artwork and tasteful furnishings throughout the hotel. It felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis where I could relax and unwind. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could sit and read a book or chat with other guests. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently accessible for senior people like myself, with no steep stairs or long distances to walk. It was a relief to feel safe and comfortable navigating the hotel as a senior traveler.

If I could ask for one improvement, it would be for a bit more interaction with the children working at the hotel. While I understand that they may have been busy attending to other guests, a warm and friendly conversation from time to time would have been a delightful addition to my vacation.

Located in a quiet area, Pansion Anna Maria is just a short walk to St George's beach and the main esplanade. Situated in the Old Town area near the base of the castle, it offers a charming view of the white Greek-style houses. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with some having balconies adorned with bougainvillea. The friendly staff provides a complimentary breakfast of coffee, fresh fruit, and homemade cakes, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The cleaning service could be improved, with some guests reporting that the towels were only changed when requested and the sheets were not changed during their stay.

The hospitality at this hotel was outstanding. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They offered free port pickup and drop off, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was also a plus. It was very close to town, making it easy to explore and find places to eat. Additionally, the breakfast provided was nice, with a variety of options to choose from.

I have to mention a couple of negatives from my experience. the room had some issues with noise.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with the highest grade of appliances for your luxurious stay. From cooking up gourmet meals to enjoying a morning coffee, the kitchen had everything I needed to feel like a master chef! The picturesque area of Naxos Town with a view of the Venetian castle was simply breathtaking. I felt like I was living in a fairytale with the stunning backdrop right outside my window.

Minor issue: The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Very clean rooms. Great location - close to the port. Friendly staff - always ready to help. The owner - Anna Maria - goes above and beyond for her guests. She even picked us up from the port and greeted us with ice cream!
